ATTENTION: Free support and maintenance!
When you purchase a license for your copy of the Bantam TransLocale software, you will get free email support for an
unlimited time and free upgrades for 1 year. Even before that, you will get free email support for the duration of the
evaluation period.
If you have a question, check out the TransLocale Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
If the FAQ page does not answer your question, please send your message to
support@avral.com and include the
following details:
- The version number of your TransLocale copy (you can find it
in the TransLocale menu option Help/About TransLocale).
- Operating systems details including Service Pack number if
applicable, e.g. Windows NT 4.0 SP5 (to find out, start Windows Explorer,
go to Help/About and copy the full version details into your email).
- Your question (if you think you have a problem please include a
detailed description and steps needed to repeat the problem).
We strive to answer all urgent inquiries within one working day and non-urgent inquiries within two working days.
