Upgrade policy There is a difference between an upgrade and an update. Upgrades are major changes to the program, and could incur an additional charge. Upgrades are free for a year following the purchase date. After that, existing users can obtain upgrade licenses at a 25% discount. Updates are minor changes and fixes. All updates are free.
